This week, we picked up our keys for 75 Broad Street, our new home in the heart of New York City’s Financial District.

Moving has been an exciting endeavor for the firm. “After spending 34 years in SoHo, we are looking forward to serving our clients from the pulse of the world’s financial hub,” said Polly Carpenter, Founder and CEO.

Working closely with a team of architects, we designed a space to fuel inspiration and drive creativity. It’s dynamic, technologically advanced and offers a diverse, open-plan workspace for collaboration.

We are also enjoying the vibrancy of New York City’s first neighborhood — from cobblestone streets and art installations to new restaurants and green spaces. “A lot has changed downtown over the past 10 years and it’s exciting to be a part of that transformation and resurgence,” Polly said.
