ComplyAdvantage, has built a global proprietary database on AML risk exposures covering sanctions and watch lists, politically exposed persons (PEPs) and adverse media.  From 1999 – 2006 he was the founder & CEO of The Student Room, which currently has 1.1 million members.  He co-founded Marketinvoice and has an interesting view on solving big yet very hard problems.
